Updated COBRA information
By now you may have heard that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) includes major health provisions, which are relevant to any COBRA eligible company that has had or may have employee layoffs.
The U.S. Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service have published details about how COBRA subsidies offered in the ARRA will affect employers and employees.
