The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) included major health provisions, which are relevant to any COBRA eligible company that had employee layoffs.

When the U.S. Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service released more details about how COBRA subsidies offered in the ARRA affected employers and employees, we responded with a seminar to explain it to our clients.
