Seminar Summary

Compliance advice for provisions that have gone into effect related to Health Care Reform was provided. This included the "9/23 Provisions," changes in reporting and disclosure requirements and changes that go into effect with 2011 renewals. Along with these short-term requirements, strategies were recommended for managing other upcoming changes.

The October session included an overview of other employment law updates for FMLA and ADA.
