TriSure partner Wally Dawson re–appointed to second term on Town of Cary Economic Development Commission

RALEIGH – TriSure partner Wally Dawson has been re-appointed to a second term on the Town of Cary’s Economic Development Commission.

The commission promotes the economic, commercial, financial, industrial, agricultural and civic welfare of Cary citizens by supporting the development, attraction, retention and expansion of businesses, industries, commerce and employment within the community. Dawson will serve on the commission through December 2012.

An insurance industry veteran of 20 years, Dawson manages TriSure Benefits, which provides employee benefit consulting services to mid–size to large employers as well as value–added benefit administration services for all of TriSure’s clients. His expertise is in strategic planning, designing plans and benefits administration outsourcing.

Dawson earned his bachelor’s of arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, considered the standard of excellence in the industry. He is a member of the International Society of Employee Benefits and the Triangle Association of Health Underwriters.
