I’m Christian Rich. I am an Employee Benefits Account Manager specializing in the needs of small businesses.

For the past decade, my expertise has been plan design and strategy for small groups, which I think of as companies with fewer than 25 employees. I know that for small businesses, administration has to be manageable, plans must be affordable and excellent customer service is a must.

I’ve spent my career in insurance at both insurance companies and brokerage firms after graduating from Appalachian State. TriSure’s unique approach and business model, great resources and mostly the people made the decision to take this position an easy one.

I grew up in North Carolina, and enjoy all the things that make living in the Triangle great: golfing, the beach, boating, college basketball and football, friends and family. My wife and I enjoy all these things with our two dogs, Stella and Maverick.
