Hello, my name is Heidi O’Connor, CISR, and I am proud to serve as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager and Bond Account Manager.

Having worked for the company since 1998, I am very familiar with TriSure, our clients, and all aspects of risk management counsel. My clients also benefit from my 18 years of experience in the banking industry.

I grew up in Peoria, Illinois. As an adult, I lived in Washington State with my husband of 25 years and my two sons. We moved to North Carolina to be closer to family.

In my free time, I enjoy watching my sons’ sports activities. I also enjoy gardening, walking, assorted crafts and jewelry/beading. We have three parrots--as well as a golden retriever and a cat.
