Bob Eades, CPCU, ACLS
Claims Manager
Hi, I’m Bob Eades. My official title is claims manager, but the main purpose of my job is to be an advocate for our clients and help them navigate the claims process successfully.
I’ve spent close to 30 years in the insurance industry and I believe that what we offer TriSure’s clients is truly unique. We want to make sure they have appropriate representation, the right amount of coverage and answers to their questions. Because we understand that resolving claims isn’t just about the financial aspect, but about helping companies move forward.
I grew up in South Bend, Indiana and started my career with Ohio Casualty Group right out of college as a claim representative. I worked my way up, relocating to North Carolina in 1994 where I would eventually become the Regional Claims Manager until I joined TriSure in 2008. I am currently president of the Eastern North Carolina region of the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters) Society.
With four kids, ages 15 to 25, I stay pretty active. I’ve been a soccer coach for 18 years and in the off–season I enjoy playing golf, basketball and running.
