I’m Tom Hayes, TriSure's Safety and Health Consultant. I work with our clients to ensure they offer their employees a safe working environment.

I spent more than 20 years with the North Carolina Department of Labor, where I eventually became the Bureau Chief of Compliance (Eastern Region). I am proud to have served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1969-1973.

After a brief “retirement” of two months I was ready to get back to work. My role at TriSure gives me the opportunity to share my experience and stay in the field touring worksites and visiting local businesses.

My wife Sharon and I live in Clayton. I will try retiring again someday, but not quite yet.
